Our products

What materials do you use in your products?

All of our items are made from genuine "crazy horse" leather, which naturally develops a unique patina over time—becoming even more special with everyday use. Premium collection made from Italian (ROCADO) Shell Cordovan!

Can I place a personalized order?

Yes, all of our items can be personalized with your custom text or image. Please note that we use laser engraving for personalization, which means the design is burned into the leather and not printed in color. This gives a subtle 3D effect, though it may appear less visible on darker leather tones. For higher contrast, we recommend choosing lighter leather colors. You can describe your personalization request in the designated field or in the order notes. We usually don’t send mock-ups unless clarification is needed, but if you’d like to see a preview before production, simply add a note saying "I need a mock-up" or email us after placing your order. Also we can personalize your items by embossing, it`s can be plain, silver or gold .

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship within the United States?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business daysafter the order has been shipped.

How long does order processing take?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Why does delivery take longer than expected?

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 2–5 business daysto appear.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes are possible only within 12 hours after placing the order. Once the order is processed, changes are no longer possible.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order.

Can I cancel my order after payment?

Yes, orders can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase only if the order has not yet been shipped.

What if my order has already been shipped?

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery.

What items are not eligible for return?

Perishable goods, personal care items, gift cards, and digital products are non-refundable.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video proof. We will offer a replacement or a refund.

Who covers return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
